Public records and source dates
Profiles draw on named registers including FMCSA, FMC, CBP, CBSA and the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board. A source date describes the record we hold. It is not a promise that authority, insurance, contacts or operating capacity remain unchanged.
What a category means
A category reflects the source record or a stated classification rule. Registration, a fleet entry or an intermodal cargo flag alone does not prove terminal access, a UIIA agreement, equipment availability, hazmat capability or a port served. Confirm those facts directly before booking.
Places, distance and ordering
City and state pages use registered business addresses. Port proximity uses straight-line distance from an address to the mapped facility, not road distance or confirmed service coverage. Organic lists use alphabetical order, exact search matches or distance followed by name, as stated on each page. Sponsored placements are identified separately.
Company submissions and missing information
Company-submitted details are labeled separately from register facts. “Not reported” means we do not have that fact; it does not mean “no.” Corrections and removals are reviewed through the corrections form.
Guides and data reports
Guides are prepared by ContainerHelper and link to primary sources. They provide general orientation and do not replace current agency guidance or professional advice about a shipment. No independent practitioner endorsement is implied. Data reports identify their publisher, period, units and limitations; directory coverage is not a census of the logistics market.
Publication
Geographic pages use publication thresholds to avoid empty landing pages. Provider profiles may remain accessible for lookup while excluded from search indexing. Sitemaps contain published canonical pages.
