Corrections and removal
Every listing here was compiled from a public federal register — the FMC licensed OTI list, CBP’s permitted-broker list, the FMCSA carrier census, or the Foreign-Trade Zones Board. We publish what the register said and the date we read it. If that is wrong, or you would rather not be listed, we will fix it.
What we will do
- Correct a detail — within five business days.
- Remove the listing entirely — within five business days, and it stays removed. Our suppression list is keyed to your registration number, so refreshing the source register will not bring the listing back.
- Claim the listing — if you would rather keep it and control what it says.
How to reach us
Email [email protected] from an address at your company’s domain, or from the phone number or email on the register entry, and include the page URL.
We ask for that only so we know the request is coming from the company itself. We do not require you to create an account, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
We never publish personal contact details. Officer names, personal mobile numbers and personal email addresses present in the source registers are dropped at import and never stored. Listings whose registered business name is an individual’s own name are not published at all.
